I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's modern and comfortable, although it could use a bit more maintenance. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Nimman area, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide range of options that surpassed my expectations. However, the noise levels at night from housekeeping were a bit bothersome, especially in the smaller rooms.

Overall, a great choice if you're looking for comfort and convenience in Chiangmai.
I took a chance on this boutique hotel, and I'm so glad I did! The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better, right in the vibrant Nimman area. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side but comfortable enough for my needs. Breakfast was a highlight with a fantastic variety that really impressed me. However, I did notice some areas could use a bit more maintenance to keep everything looking fresh.

The highlight was definitely the breakfast which had a vast array of delicious options. However, the small pool might not be everyone's preference, and I noticed some lingering smells in my room that detracted from the overall experience.
